Design
We offer to create a complete set of production drawings in compliance with customer requirements using a 3D system, from the creation of a 3D model according to the actual conditions, to sketches and consultations, all the way to providing a complete production documentation, including BOMs. We are able to accept and work with a vast majority of CAD formats.
Production
In compliance with the production documentation, we will produce the required elements, using both conventional and CNC machine tools as well as other production technologies. For operations that we are not able to perform ourselves, we use the capabilities of our long-term proven quality suppliers. We will assemble individual manufactured components along with the purchased parts. The assembly and connecting of electrical components is a matter of course.
Installation
The subsequent launching and putting individual applications into operation at the customer's premises is a matter of course. Our experience and expertise allow us to implement almost any type of installation, be it individual components of production lines or entire technological units. Our internal goal is to provide our services in a timely manner, in the required quality and within the customer's budget.
